To be honest I dont recall getting an email, but have an active account which is my main email that I use.

Looking into your account you have 5 email addresses linked to your broadband account and the email address you listed on your private notes is also linked.

Thank you for looking into that. I only need my main one which is the one in my private notes.

What do I need to be doing for a smooth transfer?

As you have an active broadband account you are not part of this change, hence you have not received any communication:)
