I am hoping there will be a reduction in your fees, £5 per month or £50 per year ? To cover the loss of email services on my account soon?

This is standard if you are no longer a TalkTalk customer, i.e. If you no longer have your broadband with TalkTalk.

This is fairly standard across ISP s these days when you leave.
