Hello

This is the first time I have used the Community.

I use Pandora as my email client on my computer using Windows 10. This has worked well for a number of years. I use the Pop format.

However, when I send emails to my husband who also has a TalkTalk account, some of them do not get to him. I can send a plain email to him which works but, if I send an attachment or URL for him to read then this does not get to him. These are not too long. If I send to other people it does work. My husband can send to me although they are usually plain emails. I do have another email address using TalkTalk but it only seems to work one way now since the webmail has changed.

I look forward to any suggestions.

Hi @jcosgrove1 It sounds like you're experiencing issues with sending emails with attachments or URLs to your husband's TalkTalk account. Since plain emails work, try sending a simple email with a small attachment or a different URL to see if it goes through. This can help identify if the issue is with specific types of content.
