Keeping Talktalk webmail

I am totally confused about keeping my webmail, and not being switched to everymail.

I updated my profile, but, where do I go from there? I have been with Talktalk for many years, and I am very happy with them, but this problem, is making me consider changing providers, as I just cannot sort this out

Hi there @Tornado3041, I am sorry for the inconvenience regarding the comms you have received. Please do note that as you have broadband services with us this change will not affect you and there is no need for you to switch over, thanks.
