emails leave inbox on arrival

emails disappear on arrival and i find them in a new folder called Unread Mail. how do I stop this?

Hi there @Enterprisecaptain, please log into TalkTalk Webmail:

Go to the TalkTalk Mail portal and log in to your account.

Check for Filters:

Look for any filters or rules that may be set up to automatically move incoming emails to the Unread Mail folder.

Navigate to the settings or options menu and review any existing rules.

Disable or Modify Rules:

If you find any rules that are causing this behavior, either disable them or modify them to ensure emails go to your Inbox.
