      <title>I have TalkTalk Broadband and my talktalk.net email address is asking me to upgrade to Everymail</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope everyone is well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am receiving a red banner on my TT webmail, saying I need to subscribe to Everymail for £50 a year.&amp;nbsp;I already have TalkTalk broadband and home phone, and I log in to check my bills with my TT email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go to Mailbox manager, I can either subscribe OR add another email address.&amp;nbsp;When I chat online to TalkTalk, I get so far and then I get disconnected. I've tried 3 or 4 times. When I get through to someone, I'm given the same Mailbox manager link.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could someone help me? I hope I've got my Account number in my profile and the email address in my private notes. Many thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
