My email was compromised yesterday. The auto forward was turned on (not by me) and all incoming messages sent to another address. It also wiped out all my inbox and sent messages. all my address book received a message regarding if they used amazon and if clicked on, a request for buying something for me. The email is stable now but how can I get my lost messages back and stop it happening in the future. My anti-virus doesn't show anything wrong.

Please can you help

Have you reset your password? as that would be the first step
