Timescale for sending email to be unblocked

Does anyone have any experience as to how long it takes for talktalk to unblock sending emails when they have incorrectly been assumed to be an ex broadband client rather than having a live broadband account?. An agent has filled in a form for me ( yesterday), but I' m still blocked

I’m having the same issue. I was told it would take 24 hours, but I’m still waiting
