Hi - Have set up an account with everymail with the £5 Monthly option. I am receiving emails ok, but still cannot send emails from any of the accounts, which isnt great as I need to send mail out from one of the accounts for university stuff within the next few days. It is impossible to "chat" to AI as I am just going round in circles.

Hi - Cannot chat with anyone only AI who will not let me chat to a "real person" because "I do not have an account, would you like me to help you set this up".

Unfortunately, I understand your concerns with speaking with EveryMail but we are currently unable to assist with any troubleshooting with regards to EveryMail.

Just signed into "everymail" account which transfers me the the talktalk mail app. All confusing

Apparently I need to "Assign "Admin Role" to a mailbox to allow directly advanced support access via support widget" which I cannot see how to do that. As I have said previously i cannot chat to a real person only a chatbot. It is ridiculous.

This is what I receive back.

As previously stated I am subscribed!

We unfortunately do not have access to the website of Everymail because they are a separate entity to us now. You will have to chat with the bot until you are redirected to a representative from Everymail

Chatting with the bot does not give access to a human. When signed in to everymail it redirects me to Talkltalk mail, which then asks for me to subscribe.
