Are you a TalkTalk broadband customer?

If so then you should not need to sign up to Everymail and this is why you probably didn't get the email, and it indicates that your email is associated with your broadband

Is your email address in the private notes field in your profile? If not can you add it and staff can check your account.

I have an @Onetel.com I did not receive any of the e-mails that were supposed to have been sent advising of the changes to talk talk e-mails and (I believe) including links to Every mail, and in several conversations with Talk talk support they have been unable to help. I have been trying to subscribe through the Every mail website, but numerous attempts to enter my e-mail address have got nowhere (just keeps hunting). The chat line is of no help. I have checked all normal possibilities. My broadband is working fine. Can anyone actually get me connected please (I have spent so long on this issue that I have already lost the will to live!!)

I understand your situation. I have located your disconnected account and noticed that previous agents were unable to access it and provide further assistance due to security protocols. However, you have been authenticated here, and I am now able to help you. Do you have more than one email address? If so, have you checked your other email accounts to see if you received the email regarding your sign-up with Everymail?

Hi,
Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.
Thank you
