&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Look for an export or save command.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Best thing to do is look in your programmes help function for saving emails and follow the instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help try another program on your PC such as Thunderbird, add your account and see if that has the function you seek.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or search the internet for best program to download emails.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I may have to leave talk talk after many years - how do I download all my emails so that I can keep them (in outlook you could import and export the pst files), no idea how to get these emails back down on to my pc - any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
