I entered into a new contact with talktalk on 1 July 2025 as my old one had expired. I was told that this price included emails. I am no longer able to send emails and I’m being told that I need to pay an additional £50.00 a year to do so. Why is this?

@Oscar49, if it's an older email address from a previous service with Talktalk and you left for another ISP, then came back however long ago, the address needs to be associated with your current My Account.

Add it in Private Notes in Personal Information in the profile area. Go via your avatar; settings etc .....SAVE CHANGES.

It should not have been triggered by simply renewing the contract but because Talktalk and Everymail appear to be in a bit of a mess keeping track of everything.
