I don't get reset email from TalkTalk and emails aren't coming in to my inbox. I can send emails ok.

Hi, @gordon_blue

Go to https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/ , the TalkTalk Webmail login page, don't login, click 'Forgot your password?'

This will take you to the 'Reset your password' page.

Enter the email address that has been hacked.

You then should be offered a choice of where to send a reset code.

Choose an alternative TalkTalk email address or your mobile phone (don't choose the hacked email address)

Follow the rest of the instructions.

You will also need to check whether the rest of you system has been hacked. Has your Windows anti-virus program bee running?

Hi gordon_blue, I've disabled the mail divert that's on your mailbox. If you need the password reset details updating please send me a personal message with the affected email address, alternate email address and a mobile number to use for the password reset option. Don't post the details on the community.

My email has been hacked.

I've tried resetting the password using the suggestion posted but I'm not receiving a reset code either by email or mobile phone.
