Can't send emails. Shocking and now worse

I have an active account with TalkTalk.

I have 3 tiscali email addresses. 2 of them are now fixed (don't know what they did ..?), but can no longer send emails from the other one.

I have spent approx. 14 hours on the phone or text chat trying to sort.

I am told today that it will take 14 days to fix... but I've been promised fixes will happen every day for the last few weeks .. but it never happens.

Talk Talk customer services are slow, inept, use delaying tactics, are useless and frustrating. They slowly repeat what I say but action nothing.

I have a record of every phone call and text chat, which I update daily.

Any suggestions please ?
