Emptying the Spam folder

Hi ya

Can I completely empty the spam folder on my web mail or do I have to leave 30 days worth of spam in the folder at a time?

It is because last time I did email food provision services for updates some of the replies ended up in the spam folder and I didn't know.

Hi @Pash02 TalkTalk typically has a policy where spam emails are automatically deleted after a certain period (usually 30 days), but you are not required to keep them for that long.You can completely empty your spam folder in your TalkTalk webmail without needing to leave 30 days' worth of emails. You can manually delete all the emails in your spam folder at any time. Simply select the option to delete or empty the folder.
