Everymail sign up in constant loop

Every time I complete the everymail subscription pages it just returns to the beginning and doesn't complete.. Hep

Please confirm for me if you have received communications regarding the transition to every mail, if so have you used the sign up link that was provided in the email?

Please try signing up using another browser or device, Sometimes the issue can be with the browser or device.

Please clear cache/ cookies and browsing history before attempting to use the link to sign up.

Let me know if you've completed the above steps, if not please complete them and advise once completed.
