Talktalk mail plus subscription transfer to Everymail

I have spoken to a member of the tech team about this today but still have a few questions and hoping someone here can clarify. I currently pay an annual subscription to Mailplus and have been told that my onetel.com email address will be transferred to Everymail automatically (I don't have Talktalk broadband but it's paid by direct debit).

Where do I go to log on to webmail for my email from 1st September? Assuming to the Everymail.com site and assuming email address and password remain the same?

Is the account already created on Everymail? I haven't tried to log on there yet as am still using Talktalk webmail but the tech person said everything has already been transferred over since 29 July - which is the date of the first email I got telling of the changes.

The email notification made it sound pretty easy but I have to say I am completely confused. Thanks for reading and I hope someone out there can explain

Your account is being moved to Everymail automatically you do not have to do anything, meaning the account is already created with them.

Thanks for getting back to me.

OK so in theory I could log on there at Everymail right now same as I do here today?

And in future I will need to go to Everymail.com to log on rather than talktalk.co.uk?

That is correct, you should be able to login using the same details. Once your account has been full transitioned, you will receive an email with more details.
You will then need to access your Emails through the Everymail website to access your email account.

Just to confirm did you receive any communication yesterday regarding the migration?

I have looked there but still confused. I am hoping I will be able to log on to Everymail 1st September and all will be the same as here.

You will be able to login same as here, all your information will stay the same and be transferred over to Every Mail, including your Direct debit details. You do not have to do anything, you can go on their website to test it out.
