      <title>Cannot purchase talktalk mail plus</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have moved to an area talktalk does not service and had to cancel my account, it cancels on 26.09.25&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to keep my talktalk e mail address and was advised to purchase through talktalk plus&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got there to buy the £50 yearly package bit it will recognise my e mail password and/or my talk talk e mail address. I know my password is ok as I can log into web mail with it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have phoned talk talk, tried the web chat, spent hours on this and getting nowhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help as I really need to keep my talktalk e mail address&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;John&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your service doesn't cease before September 26th, I don't think you can sign up yet as you currently still have Broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Staff should confirm both&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;when&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;you should sign up and&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;whether it's with Mailplus or Everymail:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
