@Rsm67, as a current broadband customer you should NOT have signed up for Everymail.

Many customers have had trouble sending emails despite having a webform completed for them, but you shouldn't sign up with Everymail to disentangle the situation.

Please ensure that all current and legacy Talktalk email addresses are listed in Private Notes and that your current broadband account number or landline number shows in Personal Information in your community forum profile. Go via your avatar; settings....SAVE CHANGES.

Staff respond during the day, Monday to Friday.

I am a legacy account holder and need to link my email with my broadband account. My email is linked to my account but is still registering as not linked. I alternatively tried to set up an every mail account which seems to have been done automatically but still cannot send emails.

I have spent hours on the phone trying to rectify this but no one seems able to help.
