I'm going round in circles in pm being asked to look for “Manage emails” in MyAccount.

There is nothing there.

@mandisa1-TT, have you looked at @Coazzi's Private Notes area?

I believe the email addresses listed there need to be associated with the customer's current My Account, to avoid charges in association with the outsourcing of former customers' email addresses and a charge for continuing their use.

There is supposed to be a form that you complete to ensure the customer will not be charged?

We want to let you know that due to the ongoing migration of our email platform, customers are currently unable to link their email addresses to their active broadband services/accounts. Please rest assured that we are aware of this issue and are actively investigating it. We will keep you updated on the resolution as soon as it is available.

Still can't send with the two email addresses. Concerned I will now be losing both of them.

They were from a previous TalkTalk account held by my partner if that is of relevance.

As above, @kanya-TT, the customer has never been informed that this was done, and nor is this indicated in earlier staff replies.

I was told in PM that it had been escalated to the back-office team.

But no news of the result from that.

Can you answer the following for us:

Did you receive any communication from us about your email account being migrated to Everymail?
Is a sign-up option available when you login to your email
Are you experiencing feature restriction ( i.e. unable to send an email)

1. I did receive emails about my accounts going to Everymail.

2. Yes there is a subscribe to everymail button.

3. I am longer able to send emails.
