I have a domain name and use Outlook to send and receive emails. Talk Talk has now started bouncing my mails as I send numerous emails to my group I belong to so often send a group messages which is 30+ recipients, so now they are bouncing back I have been in touch with my domain provider UK2.Net and they have tested my domain emails and it is not a fault at their end they said it was a TT issue.

I sent a mail to myself and it bounced and this was the report I got back

Reporting-MTA: dns; fwd-relay2.stackmail.com

Action: failed
Final-Recipient: rfc822;john.muzyka@talktalk.net
Status: 5.0.0
Remote-MTA: dns; mx004.tt.xion.oxcs.net
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 421 4.2.1 Connection deferred - OXSEU001_130 - https://postmaster-oxseu.vadesecure.com/inbound_error_codes/#_130: retry timeout exceeded

I have since started using Gmail now for my group messaging and there is no problem ising Gmail for large mailings. So I want to know if TT can re-set my email settings so as I can use my mail as normal but no longer sending big batches which will look like I have been hacked to their servers

John
