Router orange light flashing, query no REP 16005382

Have contacted through live chat 3 times last contact said you were going to contact

Open reach but have heard nothing since, my old router is working so the line must be ok

but when I connect your router just get flashing orange light. Followed your engineers instructions to reboot router still no good. Have reconnecter my old router and do not want to keep swopping them about to avoid more problems occuring.

Help please!
