Cannot send any e-mails through my Outlook mail server. Please Re-connect us.

The TalkTalk service has stopped sending e-mails since late Sept 2025. We can still receive e-mails routed via talktalk service. Not sure about the @outlook mail.

To clarify, are you saying that you cannot send email from a TalkTalk email account using a Microsoft Outlook application?

If so, when you login using webmail, https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite, do you see information about subscribing?

If you are currently a TalkTalk customer, you do not need to subscribe. Any restrictions on your email account are due to the email account not being linked to the account for your TalkTalk telephone and internet service. In this case, you need to provide some information as detailed in this post:
