When I sign into webmail I get a red banner asking me to subscribe. If you require any additional information, let me know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please confirm when they have been added, will the banner message then disappear?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I login to my emails I am still seeing a red banner saying I can't send an email and that I should subscribe. When I try to send an email I get a popup message asking me to subscribe.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/856518"&gt;@amahle-TT&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, apologies for the delayed reply but I had issues signing in and had to get customer services to sort it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I login to emails I get a message saying I can't access emails and that I need to subscribe to Everymail, since the weekend they won't even load on my phone just get an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While I was taking to customer services I asked about email and they said I will have to pay to keep using them as they are NOT&amp;nbsp;@talktalk.co.uk address. Can you kindly confirm if this is the case, before I sign up and pay?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
