Resetting PO Broadband email password

I currently have a @pobroadband.co.uk email address.

I have no idea what the password is and am unable to reset the password through the websites as there is no recovery email linked to this account.

I have made numerous phonecalls and am currently trying live chat as I type this.

All with no luck. Is anyone please able to point me in the right direction with this please?

Did you get your password reset?

If not, I'd suggest you phone the number quoted as staff are not back here until Monday.

As an aside, have you received an email about moving your mail to Everymail or see a red banner about subscribing when you've previously logged in?
