I've signed up to the Everymail £5 a month service so I can access all the stuff I need to change over to my Gmail address, I've changed them all and now trying to cancel in the 14 day cooling off period, but can't find the email with the email address details to cancel, it's mysteriously disappeared, anyone got the details.

I think you will need to log onto Everymail and probably close your account through there.

If you can't find it then once logged in I believe there is a chat function you can use

Staff here have no access to Everymail systems as they are a separate company.
