Hi ya,

I am trying to add an additional new email address to my account but cant seem to find an option to allow me to do it.

Help please.

Hi @Pash02 I will be able to assist you with your query. Please confirm if you are trying to create a new talktalk email address and add it into your broadband account or if you are wanting to add an existing email address to your broadband account?

The information about Mailbox Manager here may be of help:

https://help-centre.talktalk.co.uk/Email/Access_or_Check_my_email/Managing_TalkTalk_Mail#Adding_Mailbox

You should be able to log in to the Mailbox Manager using an existing TalkTalk email address and the password for that email address.
