no comms recently, we did a couple of months ago and I came on this forum and thought it had been sorted out.

we were on holiday 8-20 September, when we came home my husband cannot access his tiscali emails.

I understand, just to confirm it is your husband email address only that is not working the one that you have added on your private note.

I will complete a webform form for you for the email address to be working again, this request will be completed within 48 hours of the working days only (Monday to Friday) as hours are not counted over weekends. Just to confirm there is no other email address that needs to be associated with your other than the one you added on your private message?
