Hi - thanks for getting back to me. I don’t seem to have any restrictions at the moment, but understand that this may change at the end of October ? At the moment I am unable to set up a paid subscription and have received no communications from TalkTalk about this ?

I recently cancelled my talktalk broadband too and wish to retain my email addresses. I was told to subscribe to everymail.

I went to everymail.com and clicked subscribe, entered my email/password, which it recognised and then took me to what looks like my usual talktalk webmail inbox.

The problem is, I haven't received the email about the transition/migration steps that other ex-talktalk customers refer to in other threads on these support pages. In particular, I can find nowhere on the everymail pages where I can actually subscribe as a paying customer and no information on talktalk support pages on how to do this (talktalk's "Email-Transition-FAQs" page has no information on this). From what I understand, the current everymail service I am subscribed to is only a temporary arrangement.

Can anyone from talktalk please help with this ? Maybe the missing email will explain everything if it could be forwarded to me ?

Maybe see if this is available and ask Everymail how to set up the DD?

Hi,
Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.

But the answer will be the same in that you will have to wait for an email and no timescales can be given.

Thank you

I’m having same problem regarding migration to Everymail. Dealt with talktalk, who said there will be a cost retaining the talktalk email account. They said they would charge via existing bank account details, but nothing happened. I too am unable to set up the subscription on Everymail, and they are not responding to my email query.

How do we secure out account? Urgent help required
