Unable to send email

Message could not be sent to the following recipients: ["quotes@citrushealthcare.co.uk" <quotes@citrushealthcare.co.uk>] (550 - 550 5.7.1 Reject for policy reason)

Same error appears with other recipient addresses. I normally use Thunderbird but get same error with Firefox bowser connecting direct to talktalk mail service

Have you received any emails about subscribing to Everymail or see a red banner when logging into Webmail.
