Hi,

Can anyone explain how to whitelist a sender or add to an allow list on talk talk mail? We have an ongoing problem that some emails are not getting through to our talktalk email addresses. They do not get through to spam so we cannot mark them as not junk - just seem to be blocked by Talktalk without either us or the sender knowing. This is extremely frustrating and worrying.

One particular sender we know of uses Hubspot to send an important email weekly, but we never get it.

Thanks
