My talktalk email has been hacked. I changed the password but when I try to log in I'm told the password is incorrect. I've spent all day trying to sort this online with talktalk chat but without success. Is it not possible to speak to someone who can offer help and assistance?

When you go to https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/ what do you see?

Do not log in. Click "Forgot your password?"

Does this allow you to set a new password?
