Hi David, yes same issue. Says server not reachable. Then i get into my inbox but on trying to open any folders, I get the same server unreachable message. I downloaded thunderbird to see if any issues. And it is working ok. So looks like a talktalk issue only. As Thunderbrd is downloading from tal;ktalk server with no issues.

First time since talktalk started when i joined that i have had an issue with webmail. So on the whole quite good service. I thought it might be associated with the storms we have had over the last few days. But looks like a TalkTalk software issue? As Thunderbird quite happily downloading from TalkTalk server.

Hi

Is there any update on email issues as yet. I have been using it today, but it is still having intermitent problems. i.e. sits in outbox for a long time before sending. Having used other actions today to enter websites, it looks like the email issue may not be just an email issue. Red alarm circle coming on screen with you cannot use at present, then immediatley i can access. This makes you think it is a false page looking to gather information. In summary, i think thete is a larger issue with talktalk systems than just the emil system. Well worth a cyber security check methinks.

Hi

Internet working fine. Most of email back to normal, just slow in sending from outbox. Most websites now accessible. Main one was banking website where I would expect any hackers to try and access. Something just does not seem right. And it appears to tie in with the moves to every mail. I am not affected by having to move, but suspicious that issues around email, certain websites and the unwanted ads which are appearing have all been in the last week or so. It would make sense to check security certs of any third parties being used by TT.

Have been made aware of an alleged data breach in January 2025 and of the problems with migration to every mail. So not unreasonable to suspect that the migration issue has not been resolved. And that it could be causing a few of the issues on the email board.
