Error 503 when trying to send e-mail

I received error message 503 5.5.1 Error need RCPT command when trying to send an email, and when I tried to resend it, 503 5.7.1 Reject for policy reason. What do these errors mean, please?

Hi there @Roseland The 503 5.5.1 Error indicates that the email server requires authentication before sending emails. This error can occur due to various reasons including incorrect email settings or the need to verify the email before sending. Please make sure your email client is properly configure and remove any apostrophes from email account names.
