Hi, No email received. I simply would like the “subscribe now or mailbox will be deleted” prompt to be removed from my husbands email address.

I don’t know what is linked to what. All I know is that my email works ok but my husbands email has the “subscribe now or your account will be deleted“ banner. Can you advise what I need to do to remove the banner and access my husbands email again please?

Eil...... is already working so please don’t make any changes to that. It’s the do......email that needs to be associated with my account to remove the “subscribe now” banner

I can't confirm but you can test on the date, but to be safe you can give it 24 hours and then test. Thanks
