Can anyone help and advise how to create a new email address via talktalk for another family member? thank you

Hi @Johnn3 I have gained access to your account, and I do see that you have an active broadband account with us. You have one email address that is linked to your TalkTalk account, you can use the below link.

You should be able to log in to the Mailbox Manager using an existing TalkTalk email address and the password for that email address.
