@siphosethu-TT there is no outage as yiu quite rightly say, but as I understand it there are issues with mail at the moment. I too am affected.

I raised this a few weeks ago with the forum manager on the following issues.

1 mail sent from TalkTalk domains sent to Hotmail and Gmail addresses ending up in recipients spam folders.

2 emails sent by Hotmail and Gmail user to TalkTalk domain ending up in spam folder

3 (this issue) emails sent by companies such as banks and building societies being returned to sender and therefore not being received at all. Customers are normally only aware when they get letters regarding non email delivery.

I raised this under my own thread yesterday and it has again been referred along with some technical questions I raised.

I've yet to see an individual issue relating to this being fixed, but you may have more knowledge than I as some threads are dealt with privately, which if so could you please share.

I know Microsoft and Google are looking into this along with the TalkTalk team regarding 1 & 2, but there has so far been no feedback regarding the rejected mails from various inst so an update would be appreciated.

Many thanks.

Hi there @AAK956, we don't have any outages at the moment. If you are having issues with receiving emails will need to run diagnostics on it, is it one particular person or are you not receiving emails on all senders.

It seems to be across the board. Just very unusual for me to receive such a small number of emails in that time period.

Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet.
