I'm having exactly the same problem as others on here. I've been using Everymail for three months without charge despite never having had any emails from yourselves about the migration. I try to subscribe and it just brings me back to talktalk webmail. Now Everymail has stopped working and when I ask them how I subscribe they tell me to speak to you. I've had my email address for 25 years, and cannot lose it. Please help.

Yes, I had several very long conversations with support trying to establish how I could retain my email after cancelling my broadband following a house move. It took weeks to be told to subscribe to everymail, and although it worked, it wouldn't let me subscribe

Are you able to access your emails using webmail?

Yes, but I assume that access will suddenly disappear at some point, and I cannot lose this email address

Please double check if you have not received any communication from us, regarding the migration to Everymail, you can also check on Spam. If you have not received comms with a link to subscribe to Everymail, you should continue having access to your Emails without any issues. The migration is being managed in batches, you will not be affected if you have not received any comms yet.

The main reason you might have not received communication yet, is you recently left TalkTalk.
