Hi there @Peterme7, please elaborate. What happens when you are trying to access your emails? Do you get an error message?

Sorry, @Peterme7, something went wrong when moving the topic across from the lounge.

Here is a copy of what you had posted, to make sense in this thread (on the email message board) and I'll try to close the one that got stuck in the Lounge:

"I can access my emails by iPhone but not IPad even though the OS is up to date. Does anyone else have this problem?"
