I have just discovered by logging into TalkTalk webmail that a lot of emails are going into a Spam folder which aren't being downloaded to the Mail app on my Macbook. What can I do to stop this happening. I want all the emails to be downloaded. It appears that I can't delete the Spam folder in webmail. I have the account set up as POP3

Any help would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks

Thanks Billx

The problem is that there are ordinary emails going into the spam folder.

What I have done is to transfer all the emails in the Spam folder into my inbox but it looks as if I'm going to have to check on a regular basis.

A bit of a pain!

Thanks again for your help.
