    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Nambuso&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried several times in recent days to reset my passwords but not able to get beyond the first page - it is a time sump, and a frustration because I make no progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I will try again later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am pleased you have acknowledged there is something wrong with my recent experience. If you send me subscription links to Everymail and I subscribe and get immediate and trouble free access to my emails how do you think that will look?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believed that as a current bb customer I would not have to pay to maintain access to these old accounts I access via webmail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An online chat told me I needed to subscribe to everymail and pay £50 per address. This is surely not true?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have a current TalkTalk email address - I have listed my historic addresses in my profile. I would be grateful for help and info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are correct, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/913308"&gt;@Laurie08&lt;/a&gt;, you do not have to subscribe to Everymail to keep your emails running, but as these are legacy addresses they must be connected to your current broadband account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Staff will fill in a webform on your behalf to ensure this happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

No - I saw an article on moneysaving expert which alerted me to the issue, otherwise I would have been unaware. I then noticed I could not send mails from my account. Thinking I may have missed it I have just done a search for everymail on&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:g.....@tiscali.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;g.....@tiscali.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;which yielded nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My online TalkTalk chat was disappointing - simply directed me to subscribe at cost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stuff like this harms the brand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I appreciate the help offered&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Mandisa&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your advice seemed very sensible - I cannot follow it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to update recovery details or do anything at all on&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:l....._......K@lineone.net" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;l....._......K@lineone.net&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and also &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:j...........t@lineone.net" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;j...........t@lineone.net&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first message I get when logging in is an ACCOUNT DELETION NOTICE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that my account will be deleted in 30 days. If I click anywhere on the page I am sent to the subscription page "&lt;SPAN&gt;Upgrade Your Email Experience with Everymail" &amp;nbsp;in other words......&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- There is no opportunity to update recovery details.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- There is no opportunity to read, export do anything with emails received.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still have no access to my other account &lt;A href="mailto:l........k@tiscali.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;l........k@tiscali.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;- my password is incorrect message - reset details are not coming thru to phone or recovery addresses. I would reset my details if I could.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Mandisa -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot see what time you posted this message about my email being restored in 48 working hours. It would be helpful if you would give me a day and time when that 48 working hours would have elapsed. For example 'by Wednesday at 9 am'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there are 24 working hours in a day the message means something very different to if there are 6 working hours in a day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not trying to be difficult - just trying to manage my expectations&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laurie&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is one week on and the situation has worsened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way I could even see emails in 2 of my accounts is by subscribing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You gave me no warning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A click on the screen takes me straight to the subscribe page. Every time I try another tab opens, but no email access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting worn down by this. I'm tempted to just walk away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I pay my broadband subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get mediocre speeds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You want more money from me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arghhh!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
