When creating your password, make sure to use a strong and unique one that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Additionally, it's important to avoid clicking on links or downloading attachments from unfamiliar senders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. My email was scammed, my address book used to scam people to buy vouchers thinking it was me as MY email address was at the top.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do the scammers get into your email?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can you stop it? (It's happened twice)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The scammers diverted incoming emails so you don't know that it's happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are TalkTalk doing anything to prevent this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is not much anyone can do to stop your email being hacked, or abused beyond setting a strong password yourself. Have you managed to reset it successfully?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
