I’m using Talk Talk email, not a separate email app or client , mainly on my iPhone- I would like the phone to alert me if an email comes from one particular sender. ( like a notification from any other app)

Is this possible in the talk talk email system or do I need to use a third party email client?

Im trying to avoid checking the emails all the time in case I’ve got one from the particular person.

Thanks

Tim

Via webmail do you mean? I don't know what the options are there. You can link any email address in with the native Apple Mail app and then you can get notifications that way.

Yes I mean the webmail - not sure what to call it - I’m trying to avoid apple or any other mail app so limited to the TalkTalk environment at the moment…..

Thanks for reply

Hi @TimVn , I wanted to check in and see if you’ve found a workaround for getting notifications from a specific sender. We received an update from the case team confirming that it is not possible to set notifications for individual senders.

thanks- no I didn't solve this. I'm quite happy using webmail to read my emails and not using a separate client, so I'm not able to do this. I could do with notiifcationson my phone when I get an email from one particualr sender.

thanks

Tim
