      <title>Waiting for an email sent by a company but it never arrives.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been waiting for a company to send me a link via email so that I can reset a password. They sent me an email saying that they they have sent the link but it never arrives. Is the problem that TalkTalk are not allowing the link for some reason? I have tried many times to make this work but I have been unsuccessful so far. Can anyone help? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am trying to reset my password with one particular company because I've had trouble opening and using their app. So I have followed their instructions and ticked the box to reset my password. Then I get a message on the app saying I will shortly receive an email with a link to reset the password but I never receive any email. I have contacted the company and they say they are definitely sending me emails with the link I need but I'm not getting them. So I am receiving their emails about the problem but not the emails with the resetting link? Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks but I always look in my spam or junk folders. There are no emails from the company. I don't understand why I am receiving their emails about the issue but not the emails with the password reset link. I have asked them several times to resend the link and they tell me that they have but I have not received it. This has been going on for some time which is why I have contacted TalkTalk to see if there might be specific reason that one type of email arrives but another one doesn't.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
