When I logged in the morning, I found that none of my folders are listed. It shows 104, but when I try to view, I get the message 'Empty'. I have two other e-mail addresses with my other TalkTalk account, and these show folders as normal. The cintra.court address has loads of very important e-mails I need access to. This is very serious, and I can't think how it could happen.

E-mail folders

How do I access existing e-mail folders which no longer show on my list of folders created. This seems odd as previously all folders created used to show below the standard ones like in box, drafts, send etc. Now when I have moved e-mails to be saved to a fairly recently created folder the action takes place but you cannot retrieve from the folder as this folder no longer shows up amongst the various older folders still showing in my list. Answer to this conundrum will be appreciated thank you.

Hi @Rochef0rt , Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.

To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.

Thank you
