managing the blocked sender list

I temporarily added a sender to my blocked list and now want to reinstate that sender to my allow list. I am unable to do this as I get an error message to the effect that it is not possible to add a sender who is on the blocked list to the allow list.

Any advice?

Hi @Kevin1401, please follow the steps below and let us know if it worked.

Access Your Blocked List:

Go to your email settings or preferences where you manage your blocked senders.

Remove from Blocked List:

Locate the sender’s email address on the blocked list and remove or unblock the sender. This action should be completed before attempting to add them to your allow list.

Add to Allow List:

After unblocking, navigate to the allow list or safe senders list.
Add the sender's email address back to your allow list.
