Hi.

I have automatic fowarding to gmail on my talktalk email account. All emails are forwarded without problem except those from Talk Talk customer services. These are rejected by gmail with a 505 5.7.1 message.

I have managed to determine that it is the external images in Talk Talk CS emails that are causing the problem. If I forward them manually, usiing the refuse external images option, they are forwarded to gmail. However, this means they won't be forwarded automatically. Is there any way I can work around this, please, either within Talk Talk email or in gmail? Thanks.

Hi there @Nerine, there is no other way but doing it manually for now. There was a known issue with Gmail email address still being looked into, I've sent a link though with all the information you might need.
