Hi - I have a legacy dsl.pipex.com email address which was taken over by talk talk. Two days ago, I tried to access my email and was asked for a password. My password didn't work. I tried webmail - password didn't work. I tried 'Forgotton Password' to reset my password - this didn't work (I didn't get a message on the mobile number registered with my Talk Talk account). I have tried online support chat with Talk Talk which has not worked - it seems to think I am reporting a connection issue.

I can't access on any mobile device or laptop. Not a cash or cookies issues. Setting up a new password didn't work - the 'Forgotton Password' on webmail didn't work as I didn't receive a new reset password link to my mobile. I changed my password using Talk Talk account and this didn't work either.
