hi, all of my contacts have been sent a phishing email and my contacts and sent emails have disappeared? I have reset my password but I haven't received an email since last week. please help

Please let me know how you are accessing your email service. Are you using the TalkTalk webmail ( https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite) or using an App or Program from your device?
