All my emails from Apple are going to my old email address,which I cannot connect to,to reset my passwords

Hi there @Tommy314, perhaps there a rule in place. Have you tried checking if an auto forward was put in place and perhaps cancel it on your emails from Apple.

@Tommy314, is your old tiscali address associated with a previous Talktalk account or has it always been associated with your current Broadband?

If it's not functioning, staff may need to check whether this is what's causing problems.

Or, ask Apple to send emails to a different address anyway?
